The VTC Series is an innovative on-board computer for a wide range of applications including buses, trucks, police cars, taxis and more. Based on Intel's low-power, high-performance Atom CPU, the compact design of the VTC series is fully compliant with most automotive industry standard applications, including eMark and EN50155 certification for train applications. Designed for extreme environments, the VTC Series is designed to withstand temperatures up to 2G from -30°C to +60°C. The optional IP65 rating protection further enhances the system's ruggedness in harsh environments. To facilitate the communication of mobile communication and navigation information, the VTC series can integrate GSM, GPRS, UMTS, HSDPA and GPS modules. The built-in power engine ignition on/off protection allows the VTC Series to be used in a variety of power modes in a variety of transportation environments. To increase application flexibility, the VTC Series uses wide-voltage power input and connected smart battery backup as an uninterruptible power supply. For smart car entertainment and digital signage applications, the VTC series has a rich multimedia display interface such as VGA, TV-out and LVDS. Other features such as PCI-104 expansion slot as CAN bus or COM expansion and optional Mini PCI express WLAN/3.5G module.
