1. Installation of license plate identification main equipment

1) First of all, to determine the installation position of the license plate recognition machine, which will directly affect the license plate recognition effect, which needs to be determined according to the site environment and conditions of each entrance and exit. Generally, one camera is installed in one lane. If the car enters the lane, the direction is not Fixed, if the angle is too large, it will affect the recognition. It is necessary to consider installing the sub-camera to ensure that the front of the car can be identified regardless of the bias.

2) Secondly, if you use snap capture, you need to determine the camera and coil mounting position: the optimal distance of the camera from the side of the coil to the car is 4-4.5m. The position of the coil should ensure that the direction of the front of the vehicle is biased towards the side of the camera when the vehicle is triggered, so that the camera can take a clear and complete picture. 1) Configure the computer and server: The computer is usually placed in the export booth or in the duty room for charging.

The server chooses to be placed in the customer's office or booth according to customer needs. If you put it in the office, you need to deploy the fiber from the booth to the server. When surveying the site, you should estimate the distance from the fiber to the nearest booth and leave a margin. If the customer does not need to set up the server separately, use the booth machine as the server to install the database and FTP service.

2) The switch is selected according to the number of devices that need to be networked. Generally, Gigabit 8-port or 5-port switch is selected. The switch should be placed close to the booth or distribution box.

3) Making safety islands and guard posts: Set up safety islands according to needs and site conditions. Safety islands are generally constructed with concrete. The size of the safety island should ensure that the equipment such as the booth or the gate has sufficient installation space and does not affect the passage of the vehicle. The safety island should be pre-buried with the threading pipe when pouring. After the safety island is finished, it can be painted to increase the eye-catching effect.

The booth is generally installed at the exit of the parking lot for easy charging. The size is determined according to the size of the safety island or the installation location, but it must be ensured that there is enough space in the booth to accommodate the computer and other equipment and toll collectors.

4) The installation of the distribution box can be installed on the safety island or placed in the booth and in the duty room. If it is placed outdoors, the rainproof type should be selected and grounded.

3. License plate recognition construction materials
