It is made from durable double extruded Silicon, and can be used for LED strip that is 10mm wide or less.  AP302 has a thick miky diffuser that creats a seamless line of neon light even with small power 3528SMD 60LED strip.  It can be configured to be waterproof by using silicone sealant with the end caps, and of course, we can also sealed the ends by machine, which will be better waterproof function and less darkness on the ends.

A: We can supply you with the sample for free, but the delivery charges will be covered by our customers. For avoiding the misunderstanding, it is appreciated if you can provide the International Express Account for Freight Collect.

Q3:What's your MOQ?
A: 1 metric ton for each model.


Q4:How do you charge the mold fee?
A: In case we need to open new mold for your ordered profiles, the mold fee will be refunded to customers when your order quantity reaches a certain amount.


Q5:What is the difference between theoretical weight and actual weight?
A: Actual weight is the actual weight including packaging. Theoretical weight is identified according to the drawing, calculated by of the weight of each meter multiplied by the length of profile.

Q6: How do you quote price, per ton or per meter?
A: We provide more than two pricing modes


Q7:How can you ensure high quality?
A: 1) We have our own material production workshop and die factory for 10 years.
    2) 300 workers, and workers should be well trained before go to work.
    3) 100% QC on line and final inspection, no any defective products can be out from our factory.
    4) We have a lot of certificates to ensure our quality, such as ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015,SGS certificate,  etc.

Achromatic Lens

The ordinary achromatic lens refers to a lens group that corrects the chromatic aberration of light of three wavelengths (blue, green, and red).
Because the blue image of the light condensed by the converging lens has a close focus, and the concave lens has a high divergence rate for the blue light, the chromatic aberration of the two mirrors is opposite to each other, so that the red and blue images can be superimposed into one, basically eliminating chromatic aberration.
The shape is a crescent shape (concave and convex), which is cemented by two lenses with different refractive indexes and dispersion rates. After that, a multilayer bonded achromatic lens appears.
The achromatic lens can not only achromatize, but also aspherical aberration by appropriately changing the radius of curvature of each surface. If the two glasses that make up the doublet lens can be selected arbitrarily, it can also eliminate coma.
There are also three or four shades of chromatic aberration correction, at this time the residual chromatic aberration is smaller, but due to difficulties in design and manufacturing, such achromatic lenses are only used in some special occasions.
