At the recent Guangzhou International Lighting Exhibition, Ruifeng Optoelectronics brought a professional LED lighting team and a series of new products to participate in the exhibition, to create a green lighting feast for the audience.

In addition to demonstrating the first generation of the “Rui” series of light source innovators, Ruifeng Optoelectronics also exhibited the latest R&D 3535 series products that were simultaneously launched globally, which attracted the attention of domestic and foreign manufacturers and attracted great interest from many users. During the exhibition, Ruifeng Optoelectronics also exhibited 3W infrared emission tube 850nm series and UV series products. It is understood that 3W infrared series products have high luminous efficiency, low thermal resistance (maximum 17K/W), center wavelength 850nm, ESD safety limit up to 20KV, and strong corrosion resistance. It has fast response, low energy consumption, ROHS certification and long service life. Can be used in infrared cameras, infrared monitoring, infrared sensors, remote controls, mechanical equipment vision systems and other products.



UV product UV16 optical power is greater than 0.15W, wavelength can be 365-400nm, can meet all kinds of UV application requirements, with thermoelectric separation structure, can effectively heat down. Silica gel molding process, can be reflow soldering. At the same time, it has the characteristics of high luminous efficiency, low light decay and high quality assurance.

The UV35 optical power of UV products is greater than 0.15W and the wavelength is 365-400nm, which can meet various UV application requirements. The ceramic substrate package can withstand high voltage breakdown and meet the safety requirements; the mature and stable silica gel molding process has good air tightness; the silicone lens has strong UV resistance; the gold-plated ceramic substrate has high stability.

UV product UV70 is a high-power LED light source with optical power greater than 0.6W and wavelength of 365-400nm. It can be driven by large current and can meet various UV application requirements. The ceramic substrate package can withstand high voltage breakdown, meets the requirements of safety regulations; and is equipped with a lens to make the optical power more concentrated; this model can also mix wavelengths to meet special needs.


Ruifeng Optoelectronics also demonstrated the remote fluorescent XC35 Blu-ray module and its supporting solutions. It is understood that remote phosphor technology is another way to create LED lighting applications.

The remote phosphor source element technology is achieved by applying phosphor onto the substrate instead of integrating it into the LED wafer package. Combine the remote phosphor plate with the royal blue LED and the mixed light to achieve white light without a visible point source. This approach can provide a system with low glare, or higher system efficiency, improved reliability, and reduced color shift over time.
