The overall form of the project is curved, the concept comes from the shell, providing a strong visual image of the neighborhood. The plan includes a three-layered gray glazed volume and a series of double-bent white coated metal sheets. This set of panels is constantly changing, while the width and spacing are the spatial nonlinear rhythm of the interior space and perceived to the users within the building.
