The amount is very large, and the frequent disconnection will make the screw slip or not tighten and leave a safety hazard, and it is easy to cause secondary damage of the capacitor. Therefore, it is highly desirable to have a test instrument that can measure the capacitance of each small capacitor without disconnecting the wires, reduce the burden on the maintenance personnel, improve the efficiency of the inspection work, and improve the safety of the distribution network operation.
