Discharge will further aggravate the abrasion of the pantograph slide and the catenary, as well as radio interference, resulting in pantograph failure and serious loss and impact on the transport system of the rail transit system. Therefore, it is very important to prevent pantograph accidents.
Project purpose:
Grasp the pantograph slide wear and surface abnormal shape timely replacement of the bow net parts, early detection, prevention and elimination of pantograph failure, the accident was eliminated in the bud.
Project requirements and difficulties:

According to the project requirements, the plan uses Weixin Image to independently develop 29 million high-resolution industrial cameras and sensors to collect data. The resolution of the camera is as high as 6576×4384 pixels. Only one frame of image can be acquired during the high-speed operation of the train. Data collection, and on the premise of guaranteeing 0.5mm accuracy, the shooting area can reach 3288mm×2192mm. Since only a single image needs to be processed by a software algorithm, the algorithm is simple and quick, and the train can obtain trains during high-speed operation. The key characteristic parameters of the pantograph slide need no manual detection, complete the large-area, high-precision detection, avoid parking manual detection, safe and reliable, and high efficiency.
