The first meeting of the International Smart Grid Action Network (ISGAN) kicked off in Seoul on the 14th.
The conference was hosted by the Ministry of Knowledge Economy of the People's Republic of China for two days.
Participants discussed and exchanged information on smart grid technologies, popularization, and cases, and conducted a series of cooperative activities such as joint research and development. Representatives from 20 countries including South Korea, the United States, Italy, and France attended the meeting and discussed issues such as the development of smart grid technologies and the sharing of related scientific and technological information.
At this meeting, South Korea, as the secretary country of ISGAN, will play a leading role in carrying out various international activities at ISGAN.
The second meeting of ISGAN is scheduled to be held in the Netherlands in October this year.
