Smart vacuum cleaner: how much can automatically identify the ground dust

When using a vacuum cleaner, people tend to place the vacuum cleaner wherever they are based on their judgment of the environment. However, vacuum cleaners are somewhat blind when the user is in poor eyesight or in low-light environments. This issue has now been resolved. As the winner of the 2010 "Ho Fung Award" industrial design competition, Liu Wei designed the vacuum cleaner designed by the College of Art and Design of Hubei University of Technology. Its body is equipped with a light sensing system to identify how much dust is on the ground. According to its design, the more clean the ground the machine touches, the brighter the LED light in the spherical translucent plastic in the middle of the machine; on the contrary, the more dust on the ground, the darker the lamp in the spherical translucent plastic. It is also easy to use when the operating environment is dim or the visibility is low.

The reporter also noticed that this vacuum cleaner still resembles a knight. The unique body shape and the lighting effects presented can be perfectly matched. It is really cool!
