A new specification for the design of automatic fire alarm systems that must be seen

1. Only 24 of the new regulations are mandatory provisions, and the original norms are mandatory national standards (understand that all provisions are mandatory).
2. Article 3.1.5: “The total number of devices and addresses of fire detectors, hand reports, linkage modules, etc. connected by any fire alarm controller shall not exceed 3200 points, of which the total number of connected devices per bus loop It should not exceed 200 points, and should have a margin of not less than 10% of the rated capacity." (new additions)
Interpretation: In other words, each bus loop can connect up to 180 devices (refer to the connected device, not the number of encoded addresses).
Note: The original specification 5.1.2: “The fire alarm controller capacity and the total number of address codes of the fire detector and control module or signal module connected to each bus loop should have a certain margin.”
3. Section 3.1.6: “The short-circuit isolators shall be provided on the system bus. The total number of fire-fighting equipment such as fire detectors, manual alarm buttons and modules protected by each bus short-circuit isolator shall not exceed 32 points; when the bus crosses the fire partition , the bus short-circuit isolators should be set at the crossing." (new additions)
Interpretation: That is to say, from the weak electric well terminal box, it is necessary to separate the alarm lines from the circuit, and each line can connect up to 32 points in series. The route through the fire zone should be taken separately from the weak well. The short-circuit isolators should be placed in the weak electric well terminal box, and pass through the fire partition, and the bypass box of the short-circuit isolator can be laid down.
4. Article 3.1.7: “In buildings with a height of more than 100m, except for the controllers installed in the fire control room, the fire detectors, manual alarm buttons and modules directly controlled by each controller shall not cross the refuge floor” . (new additions)
Interpretation: That is to say, the fire detector, manual alarm button and module between the refuge floor should be equipped with a fire alarm controller separately (I understand that the output loop of the same alarm controller should not cross the evasion layer).
5. Article 3.1.8: “Fire-fighting electric control devices such as pump control cabinets and fan control cabinets should not adopt variable frequency starting mode”. (new additions)
Interpretation: Whether soft start is OK, not mentioned. The better treatment method is: 35KW or less can be started directly, and more than 35KW should be started with pressure reduction (star type - triangle type, 2 pipes should be placed to the water pump. If it is 1 pipe, the pipe diameter should be enlarged, Consider 2 cables or 7 wires from the control cabinet to the pump).
6. Section 3.2.3: “The centralized alarm system shall be composed of fire detectors, manual fire alarm buttons, fire and sound alarms, fire emergency broadcasts, fire-only telephones, fire control room graphic display devices, fire alarm controllers, fire protection The linkage controller is composed of ".

7. Article 3.3.3.3: “Electrical pipe wells, communication pipe wells, cable tunnels, building roofs, mezzanines, etc.” shall be separately classified into detection areas.
Interpretation: That is to say, water pipes, air-conditioning wells, etc. can be considered without setting up detectors (conditions or settings).
Note: The original specification 4.2.3.: “Aisle, ramp, pipe well, cable tunnel, building roof, mezzanine” should be divided into detection areas.
8. Article 3.4.8.5: “When the fire control room is used together with other weak current systems of the building, the fire fighting equipment shall be set centrally and shall have obvious separation between other equipment”. (new additions)
Interpretation: In other words: the monitoring room can be used in conjunction with the fire control room, as long as the internal separation is sufficient.

Note: The original specification 6.3.1.6: "In the case of a fire in a building of the second floor and above, the fire layer and its adjacent upper and lower layers should be connected first; if a fire occurs in the first floor, the ground, the second floor and the underground should be connected first. Layer; if there is a fire in the basement, the underground floors and the first floor should be connected first;"
17. Section 4.9.1.3: “The self-contained power supply non-centralized control type fire emergency lighting and evacuation indication system shall be realized by the fire linkage linkage controller in conjunction with the fire emergency lighting distribution box. (New additions)
Interpretation: When the emergency lighting comes with a battery, the forced switching is completed in the emergency lighting distribution box, which can meet the requirements.
18. Section 4.10.3: “The fire-fighting linkage controller shall have the function of opening the door and courtyard electric gate controlled by the access control system on the evacuation passage, and shall have the function of opening the parking box entrance and exit gear lever”. (new additions)
19. Section 5.2.2.3: “The following places should be selected for point-type smoke detectors: stairs, walkways, elevator rooms, garages, etc.”.
Interpretation: In other words, the underground garage should use a smoke detector instead of a temperature detector. Note: Article 7.2.5 of the original specification: “A place that meets one of the following conditions should choose a temperature detector: the relative humidity is often greater than 95%; smokeless fire;”
20. Clause 6.2.2.4: “The number of detectors required to be set in a detection area shall not be less than the formula: N=S/KA”.
