First, in the production process, the corrosion of ferrous metals is very strong due to salt water, and when it comes into contact with air, the corrosive effect will be more severe, so closed loops should be used. For a volatile refrigerant cycle system, a closed cycle must be used. In both cases, the chiller should use the best choice of the choice of horizontal shell and tube evaporator.

Secondly, the open circulation system for non-volatile refrigerants is suitable for tank immersed evaporators. For the production process of salt water ice pool treatment, closed loop systems cannot be used, so this type of evaporator is the only desirable type. . For chiller refrigeration systems that cool or freeze bagged food in brine and concentrate spray air conditioning, tank immersed evaporators are also preferred.

Third, the choice of cooling pipe and chiller: For the cold storage, most of the chiller is used to increase the cooling temperature. For the freezing room of the small cold storage, the shelf type pipe or wall pipe can be used. tube. For cold storages that need to prevent air drying, the top pipe or wall pipe is usually used.
